Jonathan Adams Promoted to Wealth Advisor

Herndon, Va. — Northwest Financial Advisors (NWFA) is pleased to announce the promotion of Jonathan Adams, ChFC®, RICP®, from financial advisor to wealth advisor.

Based in NWFA’s Herndon, Virginia office, Adams primarily assists clients currently employed by or retired from the U.S. federal government. Following a wealth management model, he focuses on goal planning and finding holistic financial solutions for his clients, rather than simply selling investment products.

“Since joining the firm five years ago, Jonathan has been a valued member of our wealth management team. As an advisor who worked independently prior to joining NWFA, he immediately embraced our culture of providing objective and personalized advice to clients with whom we establish long-term relationships. We are pleased to offer him this well-deserved promotion,” said Kevin Fisher, president and CEO of Northwest Financial Advisors.

Adams brings 25 years of experience in the financial services industry to NWFA. In addition to his position as a wealth advisor, he is a member of the firm’s Investment Committee, assisting in the selection and analysis of NWFA’s investment model portfolios.

He holds an MBA in finance and investments from The George Washington University School of Business (GWSB) and earned the Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®) and Retirement Income Certified Professional (RICP®) certifications from the American College of Financial Services. Before embarking on his financial services career, he served as an officer in the U.S. Marine Corps.
