Nakia Brown hired as AVP of Operations / Neetu Kohli promoted to AVP, Wealth Management
HERNDON, Va. — Northwest Financial Advisors (NWFA), LPL Financial’s (LPL) No. 1 credit union-based investment services firm,1 today announced two important changes to its leadership.
In late November 2022, the firm welcomed Nakia Brown as assistant vice president of operations. Brown is responsible for managing daily back-office operations to ensure accurate and efficient account processes and procedures. She has 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, including four years with LPL, a partner to the firm and the nations’ No. 1 independent broker/dealer.2
Neetu Kohli was promoted from advisor development manager to assistant vice president of wealth management in December 2022. Kohli has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. In addition to facilitating the training and development of the firm’s financial advisors and client service staff, she is now directly responsible for overseeing the firm’s branch-based advisors and intern academy.
